1 - Identify the requirements
In order to maximise our services, it is imperative that a precise job description to be created by clients in order to provide a greater understanding of the position.
2 - Search and selection
Matrix IT will provide a list of short listed candidates to clients, which are most suited to the position.
We use variety of tools in order to select the most suitable candidates for our clients, which include:
- Specialised consultants:
Our specialised consultants have expertise knowledge of their allocated vertical markets and have access to variety of candidates, which are not accessible in the job market.
- Database
Matrix IT utilises the latest database technology and has access to thousands of candidates in the IT market.
- Networking and referrals
We specialise in Technology and having hands on IT expertise we have developed strong relationships with various organization in the IT industry.
- Advertising
We use various online advertising medias in order to give the best available coverage for our vacancies.
3 - Screening
We conduct face-to-face interviews with our candidates in order to assess their suitability for the position.
We utilise the following selection criterion in interviews where necessary:
- Behavioural interviewing
- Situational interviewing
- Technical Interviewing
- Psychometrical testing
4 - Client interview
Upon the success of the selected candidates, Matrix IT will assist in arrange of client interview.
5 - Post interview
We contact candidates and clients to assess the interview process and follow the necessary procedures as required. Matrix IT will negotiate the best possible offer with both clients and candidates and will take the interest of relevant parties into consideration.
